I am a PhD researcher at Inria, France, working under the supervision of Dr. Diego Marcos, in collaboration with the University of Montpellier. Currently, I am visiting the MHUG group at the University of Trento, where I am supervised by Dr. Massimiliano Mancini and Dr. Elisa Ricci. My research focuses on creating Interpretable-by-Design computer vision systems, specifically for fine-grained species classification. I am also co-supervised by Dr. Cassio Fraga Dantas and Dr. Dino Ienco. More information about my research group can be found here.

I hold a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with distinction from the University of Kerala and an M.Sc. in Embedded Systems from the University of Twente in the Netherlands. My master’s thesis, supervised by Dr. Yan Li, Dr. Nicola Strisciuglio, and Dr. Luuk Spreeuwers, focused on instance-level part segmentation.
